Sparring / Kicking / Hand Techniques

                                    Kicking Technique 


#1:         Step forward front-snap kick / step   behind side kick / Turn-back kick / right hand middle block,   Left arm punch /   Round house kick.

#2:        Step forward front-snap kick / step behind side kick / Jump side kick

#3:        Step forward round house / Round house / Jump-back kick

#4:        Step backward – right foot front-snap kick  (hold) then left foot front snap kick/ Jump back kick

#5:         Front leg front-snap kick / Jump forward front-snap kick / Jump back kick

#6:  Right foot step forward with left leg axe kick, right foot axe kick, then jump round-house

#7:         Front leg – Round house / Side kick – slide back Side kick / Jump back kick

#8:        Step forward Side kick / Jump Side kick – Turn back kick – step back, slide forward   double Side kick (low and high)/ jump back kick

#9:   Front leg side kick, front snap kick, jump back kick

#10:       Step back jump front snap kicks – Tornado kick – Jump back kick

#11:      Step back jump front snap kick – 360 axe kick / Jump X-kick inside out.

#12:   Step back jump snap kick, jump spin hook kick, jump round-house    #13: step back jump double round-house, step back jump spin hook kick and jump spin hook kick

#14: Hop hop side kick, round-house, tornado kick, then jump back kick

#15: Step back jump double round-house, step forward jump spin hook kick and jump spin hook kick

#16: Step back hop hop axes kick, slide back jump back kick. 


                                    Hand Technique

 #1: Step forward down block - middle punch / Step back – Front snap kick – down block middle punch / Step forward down block - middle punch.

#2: Step forward middle block - middle punch / Step back – Front snap kick – middle block middle punch / Step forward middle block - middle punch.

#3: Step forward upper block - upper punch / Step back – Round house kick – upper block upper punch / Step forward upper block - upper punch.

 #4/5: Slide back middle block outside in - Slide back middle block outside in / Turn back kick – middle block – middle punch……  Step back middle block inside out  / step behind side kick / Turn-back kick / right hand middle block, arm punch / Round house kick.

#6: Step forward right arm down block – left arm middle punch / step forward round house kick /  Step forward right arm down block – left arm middle punch.

#7: Step forward right arm middle block – left arm middle punch / step forward front snap kick /  Step forward right arm middle block – left arm middle punch.

#8: Step forward right arm upper block – left arm upper punch / step forward axe kick /  Step forward right arm upper block – left arm upper punch.

#9-12: Step forward 135-degree, front stand, right hand down block / step behind side kick 45-                         degree / drop down at 45-degree in fighting position. 
             Slide front foot to 90-degree - left arm middle block then right arm middle block then left                   arm middle punch / step forward round house kick / turn back kick / middle block / middle                   punch. 
            Step backward left arm middle block outside-in / Slide backward left arm middle block                        inside-out / turn back kick / right arm middle block – left arm punch / forward round house –              left arm upper block -right arm punch. 
            Step backward right arm middle block outside-in / Slide backward right arm middle block                    inside out / turn back kick / left arm middle block – right arm punch / forward round house –              right arm upper block -left arm punch. 



 

                                Sparring Technique 


1. Right foot step back in horse stand – left hand block inside-out / Right foot step up 45-degree in horse stand – double middle punch.

2. Step forward 45-degree side kick.

3. Right foot step back in horse stand – left hand block inside-out, turn left wrist, grab the opponent’s wrist, step forward, use your right hand to chop your opponent’s neck, then use your right hand to push your opponent’s head down, left hand lifts your opponent’s arm up, knee your opponent with your left foot.

4. Move left foot back, slide right foot to the left in horse stand position, right arm middle block outside-in then slide in a little and at the same time back fist rt hand. Slide back out and spin counter-clockwise 90-degree toward your opponent and elbow your opponent in the middle of his chest.

5. Move left foot back, right hand block and grab opponent ‘s hand and same time push down the elbow with left hand and left foot kick in the chest.

6. Left foot step forward in front-stand position - left arm upper block / use your right arm to hook your opponent’s elbow to bend his arm.  In one motion, step forward, use your right leg to swipe your opponent from behind, at the same time move your right hand to under his elbow and push his elbow upward and right-hand punch to the rib.

7. Left foot step forward in front-stand position - left arm upper block / use your right palm to hit your opponent right at the nose – continue move forward, with your right foot step forward and swipe your opponent from behind, right hand punch the rib.

8. Step backward – quickly perform a block crescent kick outside in with your right leg – then turn back kick.

9. Left foot step forward (about 100-degree), right arm middle block open palm / turn your wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist, use your left arm to grab your opponent’s elbow / push his arm down and kick his face using your left leg and left foot swept, punch the rib with left hand.

10. Left foot step forward (about 100-degree), right arm middle block open palm / turn your wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist.  Round house kicks your opponent at the stomach using your right leg / then use your right leg to push your opponent right leg with force from behind the knee to force him to kneel.  Continue to hold him in the kneel position, grab him by the shoulder using both hand and twist him counter clockwise at the same time push him to the floor with right hand punch to the rib.

11. Move left foot back, slide right foot to the left in walking stand position, right hand middle block open palm, turn your right wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist.  Rotate your body so your back toward your opponent – left fist hit your opponent groin / loop your left arm around your opponent’s back and knock him to the ground with right hand punch.

12. Move left foot back, slide right foot to the left in walking stand position, right hand middle block open palm, turn your right wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist; use your left arm to grab your opponent arm above the elbow / push his arm down all the way to the ground.  Hold your opponent down by pushing your left knee on his shoulder.

13. Move left foot back, slide right foot to the left in walking stand position, right hand middle block open palm, turn your right wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist and twisted back / perform a left foot crescent kick outside in over his arm.  When your left foot landed, his arm should be between your legs and your back toward him.  Bend his arm backward using your right arm and two legs.

14. Left foot step forward (about 100-degree), right arm middle block open palm / turn your wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist.  Simultaneously using your right hand rotate his arm upward and spin around clockwise with your back toward him and your shoulder under his arm.  Push your shoulder up and pull his arm down.

15. Left foot step forward (about 100-degree), right arm middle block open palm / turn your wrist and at the same time left hand grab your opponent’s wrist, turn underneath and throw.

16. Right foot step back with left hand block, hold the opponent’s wrist and swing upward and turn right foot 180 degree in with right hand push the elbow up to throw the opponent down with right hand punch.

17. Left foot step forward (about 100-degree), right arm middle block open palm. a. Move right foot up, chop your opponent’s neck with your right arm. b. Move left foot behind your opponent, use your left arm to grab his left waist. c. Use your right hand to grab his left shoulder, and spin your right leg clockwise to throw him on the ground.

18. Left foot step forward (about 100-degree), right arm middle block open palm / turn your wrist and grab your opponent’s wrist.  Right foot round-house kick his stomach.  Swing your right foot over his arm (from left to right) and round house kick his face.

19. Left foot step backward; left foot fake front snap kick – hold left foot up – right foot front snap kick / right foot axe-kick.
 
20. Right foot step backward; drop down toward the ground on left foot / straight your right leg out and spin clockwise; use your right leg to sweep your opponent. Unlock hand grab (same side):

21. Turn your arm so that the palm is facing upward; Use your opposite hand to grab your opponent’s hand from below (your fingers should be between his hand and your other hand).  Twist your second hand downward to unlock his hand, at the same time, spin your body clockwise toward the ground.

22. Turn your arm side way so that the palm of your hand toward your free hand.  Use your free hand to grab your opponent’s hand from the back of his hand from under (your fingers should be between his hand and your other hand).  In one fast motion, push both of your hands toward the ground to break his wrist.
